Can I claim back on health insurance?

Yes, most health insurance policies allow you to claim back. Please contact your insurance company to confirm if it is part of your policy. If so, let us know and we can facilitate it.

What do I need to bring with me?

Preferably loose comfortable clothing i.e. shorts, t-shirt, runners.
We provide changing rooms, shower and wash facilities also.
If you have any X-rays or MRI results relating to your injury, please bring the documentation with you so we can copy it with your permission.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on the type and severity of the injury.
After the first appointment, the physiotherapist will be able to give you an estimated number of sessions needed or a time span of how long the injury will last.
The healing time of each injury varies according to each individual.
Outside of this, we will recommend what we think is best to see you through to full recovery.
It is up to you whether you would like to continue with the treatment.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash or card at the clinic. Online booking and payment is in the process of being developed and will be available in the near future.

What if I need to see a specialist or require surgery?

We pride ourselves on quality of our assessments and have developed good relationships with G.P’s, consultants and specialists over the years.
If we feel that specialist treatment or surgery is required, it can be arranged easily.

What other services do you provide other than physiotherapy?

Personal training: We provide semi private group sessions (max 4 individuals) or 1-to-1 sessions. These sessions are led by a chartered physiotherapist.
It’s a great way to lose weight, get stronger and improve mobility under the watchful eye of a Chartered Physiotherapist/Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Pilates: Our functional pilates sessions emphasis quality of movement, working on functional moving patterns as well as mat-based core and glute strengthening exercises.

Massage: We provide Sports and Therapeutic massage at our clinic.
