Our Classes

Physio-Led Training

Physio Led Fitness is our unique exercise class aimed at sustainable fitness and injury prevention.

We focus on functional movements incorporating mobility, flexibility, resistance training and cardiovascular fitness

You can expect a typical session to consist of:


1.) A warm up: Wake up and loosen muscles and joints 

2.) Strength: Full body resistance training focused on free weights and body weight exercise.

3.) Conditioning : 15 minutes dedicated to improving your cardiovascular fitness. 


Our training caters for all levels so whether it is your very first time picking up a weight or you are looking to improve your running speed we can tailor our training to compliment your specific goals


Our main aim is in helping you achieve your fitness goals such as losing weight , tone up and building muscle.  Whatever your goals may be its important that you enjoy the process on the way and we will help you with just that.

Physio-Led Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise involving controlled movements of the body. Our Physio Led Pilate classes will aims to strengthen core muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. 


A typical class will involve a combination of both stability and mobility of the spine and body with many modifications to adapt to different abilities, body types and specific goals ensuring that Physio led pilates is suitable for everyone.

Boxercise

Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags

Spin Classes

Combining the best of spinning, with the best cycling techniques. Combined with great music in a fun environment, our classes will motivate you, deliver measurable results and leaves you feeling great.

Yoga Classes

Breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness.

Stretch and Foam Rolling

Balance you training with this restorative but no less challenging class, designed to increase flexibility, mobility and core control
