Great physio-led training sessions! Joey and co. are encouraging and attentive, and I'm already noticing improvements after only a few weeks. Exercises are clearly explained, especially in how they relate to sports and treating injuries (in my case, running and shin splints), and the newly renovated facilities are excellent. Would happily recommend to anyone with sports/work-related injuries or just looking to improve overall fitness
I’ve been training with the team for about 2 months now. Nicole worked with me to define my goals. She encouraged me to think past what I though was achievable and really pushed me. I love her for it! I can see a huge increase in what I am capable of and this has even improved how I approach my day to day life. The whole team are amazing and every day they help me improve my strength and form. They even make the thoughts of a morning session less of a nightmare and more of a dream. (A sweaty dream, but still enjoyable)

I’m into my second month and will be signing up for my third. This Gym suits everyone from beginners to very fit individuals. The lads who lead the sessions create a professional friendly atmosphere. They push you hard but also know when to back off (usually the Monday morning sessions)
