Sports Physio Ireland is a small group personal training gym facility run by physiotherapists that helps real people get real results. Our goal has always been to help all our members get stronger, move better and build a better quality of life.

Classes Explained

Functional Fitness

This is a functional fitness class combining mobility, strength and conditioning. These classes are designed to increase muscular endurance and help improve your fundamental movement patterns. Our coaches will challenge you with total body circuits, including med balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX and cardio machines.

Strength

During your strength classes you will be coached with a major emphasis on technique and our main goal is on getting you stronger in the basic movement patterns, Squat, Hinge,Push & Pull. Our coaches plan our strength and conditioning programs in 6 week cycles. This means you will continually work towards your goal in a specific and targeted way.

Pilates

Our pilates class is a combination of mobility, core and postural strengthening. Our bodies are designed to move freely without pain, throughout these pilates sessions, you will explore exactly how this feels. Our physio led pilates is perfect to help you regain control, and flexibility for a strong body and a perfect add on to keep you from injury and pain.

HIIT

This is our HighIntensityInterval/MetabolicConditioning Class. The purpose of this class is to improve your cardiovascular fitness through a high intensity workout. These classes are perfect for fat burning. Each HIIT Class will involve exercise on the cardio machines, and a mix of resistance exercises using either bodyweight, dumbbells or kettlebells.
