Joey Boland

Chartered Physiotherapist

Joey Boland is the owner of Sports Physio Ireland a Senior Dublin hurler (08-2018). He is a chartered physiotherapist (2010) who is currently completing a master in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Joey specialises in ACL rehabilitation and chronic low back and hip injury rehabilitation.

Moss Patrick Landman

Chartered Physiotherapist

Moss graduated from University College Dublin with a first class honours degree in 2013. He has worked as lead Physiotherapist with UCD GAA, the Irish 7-a-side soccer team and is now in his 3rd season working with the Dublin Senior Hurling team.

Seamus Kennedy

Chartered Physiotherapist

Seamus graduated from UCD in 2016 with an honours degree. Directly after college, he began working in Leinster Rugby with the senior and academy players. Seamus's main goal is to bring the treatments and standards of professional sport to the general public.

Paddy Hannon

Chartered Physiotherapist

Paddy graduated from UCD with an honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2017. He has previously worked with GAA teams including Galway Senior Footballers and Dublin Underage Hurling.

Nicole Haugh

Chartered Physiotherapist

Nicole graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2018. As the lead of the 21 Day Trial, utilising an integrated approach, Nicole creates a tailored program geared toward your personal goals helping clients overcome any fears or doubts around exercise whether helping them get back into exercise after injury or training beginners for the very first time.

Dr. Brendan Egan


Brendan holds a position as Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Physiology in the School of Health and Human Performance at Dublin City University. His current research interests concern the nutritional enhancement of performance across the lifespan, and the molecular regulation of skeletal muscle function and adaptation in exercise, health and ageing.
