As the Dublin marathon approaches, we in Sports Physio Ireland decided to show you what are ideal warm up for a runner involves. Thinking specifically the main muscle groups involved in the running, we focus on warming up our Posterior Chain, the muscles such as the calfs, hamstrings and glutes.
